Geneomes - Shipping & Returns

These terms apply to all orders placed on geneomes.com.

Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination.
Shipping costs (including any free-shipping thresholds) are displayed before purchase.
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
Please ensure your address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipment fees.

If you need to return an item, contact support before sending anything back.

Return window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Exclusions: Final-sale items and opened consumables are not eligible.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
